This agreement is an appendix to the terms of use.

By creating a ‘studiGroup Page’ the user can setup his own homepage, activate and deactivate it and thus publish content (meaning texts, photo galleries, videos etc.) of his choice. The ‘studiGroup Page’ is public under the chosen URL, meaning also accessible for everyone outside of the studi.net network or a qualified category of persons only. The content that is made public must be selected carefully. One must consider that some webservices cache other websites for a long time even if the original websites do not exist anymore or are deactivated. Studi.net cannot influence this circumstance.

The user guarantees that the content on his ‘studiGroup Page’ (as well as on his ‘studiBlog’ as a part of the ‘studiGroup Pages’ module) does not violate a third party’s right. Please take into account that a requirement to label your ‘studiGroup Page’ with an imprint may be in existence.

The user may not violate a law, public morals or a third party’s right (trademarks, naming rights, copyrights, data privacy laws and so on). The user exempts the licensee from every claim based on a violation of the aforementioned duties. The licensee is not obligated to check the ‘studiGroup Pages’ for potential statutory violations. After detecting violations or content that is forbidden according to the terms of use or this agreement the licensee is allowed to ban the user and his ‘studiGroup Page’.
